European Network of Refugee, Migrant and Stateless Changemakers (ENRMSC)

Jessica Schmieder

The European Network of Refugee, Migrant and Stateless Changemakers (ENRMSC) is a community-led initiative creating a robust digital platform to connect members with opportunities, stakeholders, and support networks.
ENRMSC’s main feature, the Opportunities Hub, gives members access to programmers, calls, and initiatives aligned with their interests and needs. It also provides a space for members to connect, exchange information, seek support, and engage with a wider community, while helping organizations, employers, and institutions connect more effectively with the communities they aim to reach. While ENRMSC’s primary focus is Europe, many of the opportunities and initiatives shared through the Hub are accessible remotely and open to participants worldwide. Beyond providing a platform for connection, exchange, and engagement, ENRMSC identifies barriers, unmet needs, and emerging challenges through ongoing engagement with members. Working with partners, the network develops community-informed responses where meaningful disparities remain.
Through this engagement, the network works to expand access and participation while creating conditions in which people affected by displacement and statelessness can realize their potential, participate on a more equal footing, and develop a genuine sense of belonging.

Become part of the ENRMSC network by joining the Opportunities Hub, where you can connect with valuable opportunities, key stakeholders, and fellow members. Organizations and institutions are also encouraged to register to share their programmers and calls, and to actively engage with the network.

ENRMSC is eager to join the Global Alliance to End Statelessness because we share the Alliance’s commitment to promoting collaborative solutions that ensure everyone has the right to a nationality without discrimination. As a community-led, pan-European initiative, we are developing a digital participation infrastructure that enables migrants, refugees, and stateless individuals to connect, share their experiences, contribute to research, engage in advocacy and policy dialogue, and access available opportunities.

We believe that meaningful participation from affected communities is essential for developing sustainable solutions to statelessness. By joining the Alliance, we aim to contribute community perspectives, support knowledge exchange, collaborate through thematic workstreams, and build partnerships with organizations, researchers, and institutions dedicated to ending statelessness. Additionally, we look forward to learning from other members and contributing to collective action that accelerates progress toward durable solutions worldwide.
