The Global Alliance to End Statelessness launched a Knowledge Webinar Series, designed to spotlight concrete actions, lessons learned, and collaborative solutions to end statelessness worldwide.

The third session, Fundraising for Impact: Mobilizing Resources to End Statelessness, will take place on 20 November 2025, 14:00-15:30 CET. It aims to strengthen fundraising capacities and share practical experiences from funders and organizations that have successfully mobilized resources for statelessness work. This interactive session will explore how to connect advocacy goals with donor priorities, translate pledges into action, and access new and innovative funding opportunities.

The second session, Solutions to End Childhood Statelessness, is organized by the Global Alliance Thematic Working Group on Ending Childhood Statelessness. It takes place on 13 November 2025, 13:30-15:00 CET and will showcase both high level and on the ground practices.

We are pleased to announce that we will hold a side event under the title “Growing membership, strengthening resolve: One year of the Global Alliance to End Statelessness” on 8 October at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. Marking the first anniversary of the Global Alliance,  this event will combine a panel discussion to highlight good practice and a ceremony recognizing new Alliance members and accessions to the 1954 and 1961 Statelessness Conventions.
