Haki na Sheria Initiative

Haki na Sheria is thrilled to be part of a growing community of like-minded organisations and decision-makers working towards the same goal of eradicating statelessness. Learning from a diversity of perspectives and experiences is a core pillar of our work; the Global Alliance provides a space for sharing best practices and building collective movements that speak across international borders. Being able to tap into a wealth of resources would supercharge our ideas, build momentum behind our advocacy, and link our localised work to global patterns of change. We hope to be able to give back by sharing the takeaways from our landmark litigation that could inform that approaches of other lawyers across the world, and participating in collective moments of action.
