Nigat Global Initiative

Nigat Global Initiative (NGI) is a human rights organization based in Ethiopia, dedicated to addressing modern slavey, statelessness, and the rights of migrant workers. Our work centers on advocacy, policy reform, and community empowerment to protect vulnerable populations and build equitable systems.

In addressing statelessness and migrant worker issues, NGI focuses on:
– Advocating for inclusive legal and policy frameworks to protect stateless individuals and migrant workers.
– Providing legal aid and support to stateless individuals and migrant workers facing systemic exclusion and exploitation.
– Raising awareness through campaigns and storytelling to highlight the challenges faced by these groups.
– Collaborating with regional and international partners to promote the rights of stateless individuals and migrant workers and find sustainable solutions.
