The Benefits of Becoming a Member

The Global Alliance needs members who are ready to make history.

To act together to identify and respond to the gaps in laws, policies and practice that are creating new cases of statelessness and letting existing situations linger pointlessly. To build the political commitment needed to eradicate statelessness. To uphold the rights of stateless people, wherever they may be. Because everyone deserves to enjoy the right to a nationality without discrimination.

Following the launch of the Global Alliance on 14 October 2024, the Alliance workstreams are now underway in a phased approach. We are beginning by mobilizing members and Solution Seekers, hosting the first Regional Network Lab for civil society networks on 15-16 October, and initiating the Thematic Working Groups.
